Professional & Personal Background:
Dr. Baars always knew she wanted to do something in the medical field. In high school, she was introduced to Dr. Charles Heike, a chiropractor, receiving her first adjustment-on her heel after a injury playing softball. After the adjustment, to her amazement, she could walk on it almost immediately. She began getting adjustments, helping with her head and neck pressure, ear infections, and vertigo. At this point, Dr. Baars decided that this was what she needed to do with her life; chiropractic offered her the perfect opportunity to spend her life improving others. Dr. Baars absolutely loves what she does and is so grateful that everyday she gets to spend her life helping others’ lives.
Personal Mission:
“I strive to improve the quality of each life I touch by addressing nervous system dysfunction, nutritional well-being as well as emotional well-being. I believe that health is achieved not by the absence of disease, but rather by reaching a state of well-being physically, mentally, and emotionally.”
Hobbies & Interests:
Outside of chiropractic, Dr. Baars enjoys spending time with her husband, three daughters, and three dogs. She also likes bow hunting, fishing, boating, snowmobiling, reading, and running.
